1st May, Labour Day. Had to wake up early to reach Singapore Botanical Gardens by 7:45am to meet a group of Taiji enthusiasts, from Clementi ActiveSG, for a morning session of Taiji practices. 12 of us started the routine with stretching exercises to warm-up our body and joints.
5月1日 - 劳动节.必须在早上 7点:45 分之前到达新加坡植物园, 与金文泰ActiveSG的一群太极爱好者见面, 参加早晨的太极练习。我们12个人开始了热身运动, 来帮助松开我们的身体和关节。
Following which, the Instructors taught us new steps and we practiced these steps together. Teacher also joined us and she showed us the right way to do the various movements that were taught.
之后, 教练们教我们新的步骤, 我们一起练习这些步骤。陈老师也加入了我们的行列, 她向我们展示和根据太极拳理分解练习方法,纠正动作。深入浅出,通俗易懂。
We had definitely learnt a lot from our Teacher and Instructors through this get-together that is different from our usual class on every Wednesday night. I hope more of us can and will attend the next session as we can look forward to improving our movements through such session. It was also a great opportunity for us to have breakfast together and to know each other better. The next workout will tentatively be on 28 Oct 2019. See you there.
通过这次聚会, 我们肯定从老师和教练那里学到了很多东西, 这与我们每个周三晚上的平时上课都不一样。我希望更多的同学能够出席下次聚会, 因为我们可以通过这样的聚会来提升我们的太极动作意识。晨练结束,我们一起享用早餐、交换意见,沟通,更好地了解彼此的好机会。下次的公园晨练暂定于10月28日2019年, 时间早上8点 再见。
