伸展运动或拉筋

古人云:‘筋长一寸,延寿十年’, 又有 ‘骨正筋柔,炁血自流’,主要说明拉伸对健康的重要性。

拉伸能够疏通经络,促进血液循环的通畅无阻,增加活动幅度,使动作更灵活,可以避免受伤,还可以调整身型,形态端正,同时改善平衡能力,尤其练太极拳的朋友,务必将拉伸运动包涵在课程里。

人的筋骨会阥着年龄的增长而礓化;收缩,阻碍炁血流动而导致病痛,中医云:‘不通则痛’。

有好多人都不喜欢拉筋,主要原因是拉筋很痛苦!练不得法,还会造成受伤,因此怯步不前,其实拉筋有方法,循步渐进,是一种享受和解压。

拉筋的时候请注意以下几点:第一拉筋之前,必须做足够的热身,如关节操和律动。第二拉筋过程要柔和缓慢。第三坚持练习。第四持之以恒,天天坚持练习。第五设定目标。

坚持每日拉拉筋,越拉越年轻。



Many do not like stretching as they experienced pain while doing it. It can also cause injuries if you stretch wrong. However, if one adopt proper ways to stretch, it will be an enjoyment and can de-stress. There are a few points to take note of for stretching. First, prior the stretch, warming-ups such as joint and slight aerobic exercise is necessary. Second, the stretching process should be gentle and slow. Third, breathe and relax. Fourth, persevere and keep practicing every day. Fifth, set small goals.
